ATOMIC TRACK CLUB

Weekly runs on track, road, and trail for every type of runner! Come and join the most fun, inclusive, community driven run club in Boulder!!

Our run club, was founded in the Summer of 2023 and has grown to a community of over 200 runners.

We provide free weekly runs and workouts for all types of runners, from beginners to advanced, from 5K to ultra runners.

This is a unique club that provides the opportunity for runners of all levels to learn from seasoned runners. How many run groups can you attend with free structured workouts that attract so many different types of people?! It’s inspiring to learn from and share runs with our amazing community!

Atomic Track Club

TRACK - at Manhattan Middle School

Community Track TUESDAYS @ 5.45PM (on throughout the winter!) Our main track session with ~50 runners. Interval focused! Includes modified options. Inspiring environment for all runners

Intro to Track Running MONDAYS @ 5.45PM twice a month. Designed to introduce track workouts to people new to track running

Threshold Track THURSDAYS @ 6.15AM dedicated group of runners doing hard workouts focused on improving race pace

ROAD

dead rat run club FRIDAYS @ 5PM location changes each week. 6-7 mile runs at 9min/mi pace. Followed by drinks!

Weekend Long Runs no fixed cadence but frequent opportunities to run with others to training for road races

TRAIL

Atomic Trail Team SATURDAYS @ 8AM location changes each week. Weekly runs throughout Spring, Summer, Fall. Ad-hoc runs during the Winter.

  • Bolder Boulder 10K training

    Our 8 week training program to get you ready for Bolder Boulder. Get a tailored plan and join for structured group track workouts, designed to get you a PB. Coming soon!

  • Intro to Track Running

    A FREE training program in collaboration with Fleet Feet (Boulder Running Company). 2 x monthly sessions on Mondays, 5.45PM at Manhattan Track

  • Threshold Track Thursdays

    Small dedicated group track sessions to improve runner VO2 max and prepare for races. Threshold workouts designed to get you running faster and improve your race pace
