  • Manual Therapy - our skilled therapists utilize hands-on techniques to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Techniques such as soft tissue mobilization and myofascial release are employed to address tight muscles and promote optimal recovery.

  • Dry Needling - this effective technique targets trigger points and muscle tightness to facilitate faster healing. By inserting thin needles into specific muscles, we can reduce pain and improve blood flow, helping you recover more quickly.

  • Active Release Techniques (ART) - ART is a specialized method that focuses on identifying and treating soft tissue injuries. Our therapists use targeted pressure to break up scar tissue and relieve pain, restoring normal function and flexibility.

  • Cupping Therapy - this ancient practice utilizes suction cups to lift the skin and underlying tissues, promoting increased blood circulation and reducing muscle soreness. Cupping can help accelerate recovery and enhance mobility, making it a valuable addition to our recovery services.

  • Therapeutic Exercise - we incorporate targeted exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and stability, all of which are crucial for a climber’s recovery. Our programs are designed to address specific weaknesses and promote balanced muscle development.

  • Recovery Strategies - we provide guidance on effective recovery strategies, including nutrition and hydration recommendations, to support your body’s healing processes. Understanding how to fuel and hydrate your body properly is essential for maximizing recovery.

  • Injury Prevention and Performance Enhancement - in addition to recovery, our services emphasize injury prevention and performance enhancement. We conduct thorough assessments of your climbing mechanics, identifying any inefficiencies or risk factors that may lead to injury. Based on these findings, we develop personalized recommendations to help you improve your technique, enhance your strength, and reduce the likelihood of future injuries.

  • Ongoing Support and Monitoring - at Atomic Physical Therapy, we believe in providing continuous support throughout your recovery journey. We offer regular follow-up appointments to monitor your progress, adjust your recovery plan as needed, and ensure that you are on track to achieve your goals. Our team is dedicated to helping you stay healthy and active, allowing you to fully enjoy your passion for climbing.
