Performance Coaching
At Atomic, we provide personalized, science-driven Run Coaching Services designed to help athletes of all levels reach their running goals. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, competing in ultramarathons, or looking to improve your running technique, our team is here to guide you every step of the way
Our team understands the demands of running and the challenges athletes face, offering tools and strategies to keep you progressing safely and effectively. We do this whilst maintaining a community-driven approach to running - we believe in training with others!
We are able to combine the best of physical therapy and sports performance coaching to provide a unique, all-encompassing approach to running success. Empowering runners with the knowledge and support needed to achieve their goals is of the upmost importance to us—whether it’s crossing the finish line for the first time or setting a new personal record

1-1 Coaching
Bespoke training plans, modern training strategies, targeted workouts, regular check ins as often as you need, race prep, and opportunities to train and run with the coach

Self Guided Programs
~100 pages of training theory and race strategy, with a tailored schedule and workouts for 5K to Marathon runners. Choose from Beginner to Advanced programs

Choose one or more of the tiers below. Tiers can be combined and configured however and whenever you need, enabling you to get the training, coaching, and physical therapy services when you need them

TIER 1: PLAN
Evaluation & Goal Setting
We start with a detailed evaluation of your running history, goals, and current fitness level. Understanding your non-negotiables is important for setting boundaries and improving accountability. We tailor the coaching services we provide to your lifestyle, needs, and coaching preferences
Training Plan
Every runner is unique, and so is their journey. At Atomic Performance Coaching, we design customized training plans tailored to your fitness level, running history, and personal goals. Whether you want to build endurance, improve speed, or recover from an injury, your program is designed specifically for you
Atomic Community
Our Atomic Run community is over 200+ strong and we provide a number of free weeky runs including track workouts, road runs, and trail. Training with others improves motivation and accountability, whilst making workouts more fun and inspiring!

TIER 2: PERFORM
Coaching
We promote regular check-ins to discuss progress, challenges, and updates to your program. We provide real-time communication for ongoing motivation and expert advice. We’ll provide strategies for pacing, nutrition, and mindset to maximize your training and race-day performance. Option for in person run analysis to identify areas for biomechanical improvement
$150 per month
TIER 3: PREVENT
Integrated Services
We integrate strength training, mobility, nutrition advice, and recovery strategies, all of which are integral to becoming a better runner. We provide guidance on proper recovery techniques to keep you running pain-free and have the option to integrate therapies like dry needling, cupping, or laser therapy (as needed) for enhanced recovery and performance

GROUP COACHING PROGRAMS

BOLDERBoulder 10K training
Our 8 week training program to get you ready for BOLDERBoulder. Includes training schedule and structured group track workouts every Monday evening. Program is designed to get you a PR! Early bird pricing of $79 until March 23rd. Program kicks off March 31st - sign up here

Atomic Race Team (ART)
Select group doing tough road workouts and long runs to prepare for races. Threshold workouts to improve race pace. Not available to new members, but please join our other weekly runs and/or training programs to get started with Atomic first

In Person Coaching - run alongside your coach and have your running analysis in person. In person coaching meet ups
Science-Based Training - our training plans are grounded in evidence-based techniques and strategies for optimal results, including Heart Rate, Interval and Threshold training
Mental Resilience - coaching that prepares you physically and mentally for the demands of training and racing, increasing accountability for training
Holistic Performance Optimization - strength, mobility, recovery, and nutrition support for total athlete development, including specific guidance for training and racing
Physical Therapy Support - our team are on standby for any recovery & rehab needs. We work in collaboration as one performance coaching and physical therapy team
Atomic Run Community - integration into our free weekly Track Club group runs, providing you with opportunities to run with the coach

At Atomic, we combine the best of PT and performance coaching to provide a comprehensive approach to running. Our Run Analysis is a comprehensive evaluation of your running form, biomechanics, and movement patterns. Our physical therapists assess your stride, posture, and movement efficiency to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement. Our team puts you through dozens of runner specific tests to examine your Mobility, Strength, and Functional performance. From these results we use our Atomic Performance Methodology to translate your test results into a performance score, providing you with a scientific breakdown of how your body is equipped to perform when running
From the analysis, we identify some core exercises and training methods you should adopt to target your development areas, enabling you to run faster, lower injury risk, and increase your running longevity
