BOLDERBOULDER 10K Training Program
Get ready to crush the BOLDERBoulder with our 8-Week Atomic Training Program. Our program is built by our performance coaches and physical therapists, ensuring you train smart, build speed and endurance, and avoid common running setbacks. Whether you're a first-timer or aiming for a PR, this plan is tailored to get you race-ready! Program kicks off on Monday 31st March

8-week training program tailored to your level (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
In-person weekly group coaching sessions at Manhattan track in Boulder (PM)
Runner-specific exercise programing including strength & mobility exercises
Training resources on strategies for training, raceday, and nutrition

BOLDERBoulder 10K training
Our 8 week training program to get you ready for BOLDERBoulder. Includes a full weekly training schedule and structured group track workouts every Monday. Program is designed to get you a PR! Early bird pricing of $79 until March 23rd. The program kicks off March 31st sign up here

Intro to Track Running
Our Intro to Track Running series, in collaboration with Fleet Feet (Boulder Running Company) will resume on Monday June 2nd at 5:45PM at Manhattan Track. This free series is aimed to expose runners of all abilities to track workouts, including Intervals, Fartleks, and Tempo sessions

Community Track Nights
We provide free weekly workouts on Tuesday PM and Thursday AM for all runners. These sessions are typically intervals based and include modifications, making them highly accessible. We don’t provide coaching during these sessions but we do provide a fun atmosphere and enjoyable group dynamics

Atomic Race Team (ART)
Small dedicated group doing tough road workouts and long runs to prepare for races. Threshold workouts designed to get the crew running faster and improving race pace. Not available to new members, but please join our other weekly runs and/or training programs to get started with Atomic first
