Targeted support that offloads injured tissue and helps you keep moving with confidence.
Taping
What it is
Taping uses specialized therapeutic tape applied to the skin to support muscles and joints, reduce strain on injured tissue, and help you move better. Depending on what you need, tape can gently lift the skin to ease pressure and improve circulation, or provide firmer support to stabilize a joint. It's a simple, non-invasive way to extend the benefit of your treatment between sessions.
What it helps
We use taping to offload and support injured or overworked tissue, improve your awareness of how you're moving, reduce swelling, and add stability to a joint as you recover. It's a useful complement to hands-on therapy and exercise, helping you stay active while healing.
What to expect
Your therapist applies the tape to the target area, and it can typically stay on for several days, through showers and activity. It's painless to wear, and your therapist will show you what to expect and when to remove it. Taping is rarely used on its own. It works best as one part of a complete plan alongside your hands-on treatment and exercises.
We use KT Tape, a trusted kinesiology tape designed to support muscles and joints without restricting your movement. Unlike rigid athletic tape, KT Tape is stretchy and flexible, so it gently lifts the skin to ease pressure, improve circulation, and reduce strain on injured tissue while still letting you move naturally. It's lightweight, comfortable to wear for several days, and stays on through showers and training, which makes it ideal for keeping you active and supported between sessions.
MANUAL THERAPY
-

Targeted hands-on work to release tight muscles and fascia, improve circulation, and restore mobility to restricted areas.
-

Sustained pressure on the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, easing tension and improving how you move.
-

Thin needles placed into trigger points to release muscle knots, reduce pain, and improve function. For stubborn, deep tension.
-

Cups lift and decompress soft tissue to increase blood flow and relieve tightness, complementing hands-on work.
-

Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization to break down adhesions and scar tissue to restore pain-free movement.
-

Kinesiology and supportive taping to offload injured tissue, improve movement awareness, and support you between sessions.
ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
-

Real-time imaging that lets us look directly at muscles, tendons, and other soft tissue. We can assess an injury on the spot and guide treatment with a clearer picture of what's going on.
-

Acoustic wave therapy that stimulates healing in tendons and soft tissue, particularly effective for stubborn conditions like plantar fasciitis and tendinopathy that haven't responded to other care.
-

Targeted light therapy to reduce inflammation, ease pain, and accelerate tissue healing.
